Some information on the next episode of Call of Duty suggests that it would leave out specialist characters and Battle Royale mode.
This one would have met a mixed success and would push Infinity Ward to want to make a return to the sources for Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4 .
No Battle Royale or specialists in MW4
This information signed Intel Gaming is of course to take with tweezers. But according to site sources, the next Infinity Ward FPS should ignore ... all the salt of the current Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 .
The system of specialists (archetypes of characters with special abilities and an ultimate) would be abandoned in favor of the good old customizable class system. A real homecoming so.
The same goes for the Battle Royale mode, which was announced with great fanfare for Black Ops 4, but which must now pale in front of a certain Apex Legends and its success as insolent as dazzling.
Anyway,Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 4should be announced, as usual, at a special event during the month of May, and be released at the end of the year.
