One Leaves: The Xbox game to convince teens to quit

Imagined by the American health authority, the video game One Leaves aims to expose the dangers of tobacco to (young) players, and to stop smoking. 

With its pictorial context, it could push players to flee the cigarette.

A game to stop smoking?

With One Leaves, the American health authority offers a free video game on Xbox One and Windows 10 , the purpose of which is to escape from a shed, before the other 3 people also trapped. Obviously, this is to highlight a statistic showing that 3/4 of young people who start smoking, fail to get rid of their addiction once adults. 

As the game progresses, players go through increasingly gloomy corridors, with diminishing vision, characters moving (in the wrong direction) ... We also see teeth in a sorry state, lungs in decomposition. .. all this to (de) show the harmful side of the cigarette.

Note that the famous Youtuber Ninjia has recently streamed its part of One Leaves to promote the title. Nobody knows, however, if he received $ 1 million to do it, as was the case for the launch of Apex Legends
